Serge has been in the dive industry since 2005 and spent the last 7 years in the famous Lembeh Strait. He he knows a lot about all the little critters hidden in the Indonesian reefs and is quite a good spotter. As a passionate UW Photographer he understands the needs of Photographers and Videographers – plus he can be very helpful with camera problems or housing repairs. Serge is from Germany and fluently speaks German, English, French and Indonesian.

Originally from Italy, Gian Paolo spent more than half of his life living and working away from his home country. And then he decided to follow his dream and build a boat and operate it in Indonesia. After almost two years personally supervising the building process, he is very happy to sail to sea. Gian Paolo is also a keen diver and regularly joins the fun dives to share his passion with our guests.

Frankie, Senior Diveguide

Growing up by the sea, Frankie wanted to be a dive guide since he was a little kid.

After ten years of gaining experience in two resorts in North Sulawesi, Frankie felt drawn out to sea and started to work on liveaboards. Three years later he joined us from the very beginning and is our head dive guide ever since.

His interest underwater lies in finding the very rare critters and enthusiastically showing them to his divers. But he also likes the big stuff and is well experienced to ensure the safety of all divers, even in a strong current.

Cooks, stewards, engineers, deckhands, speed boat drivers - there is many positions to be filled in our little floating dive resort. A total of 18 very professional staff take care of every need and are there for you before you know you’d might need a hand. Our kitchen spoils with an international cuisine, whilst focussing on fresh local ingredients. Fresh bread and pastry are prepared every day. Fish and seafood are carefully chosen from sustainable sources only. After an action packed day of activities we offer relaxing spa treatments.
